Having a regular sleep routine is important for daily life. The video emphasizes the negative effects of not maintaining good sleeping habits and encourages consistency. Sleep preferences may vary(early bird/nighter).
second video outlines few tips to succeed in any new job. However, major points described were asking queries and talking to other staff members.

The reason I chose these two is because our sleep schedules have been worsening lately, and I wanted to find a solution.
