         <description><![CDATA[<div>Career Services Managers are responsible for tracking alumni in their career and must maintain a minimum 70% placement rate per Coding Dojo and accreditation standards. <br><br>Due to current tracking methods, Career Services Managers are often unaware of when a student drops, re-takes a stack or isn't considered a graduate due to a variety of other reasons. <br><br>This directly impacts our ability to effectively assist alumni during Career Readiness Week and 6 months after graduation</div>]]></description>
