Q1) Why couldn't Maniac see that some people hated him before that day with the old man?
Q2) Why did they call him a fish belly? Was it because fishes bellies are white?! Some aren't!
H) I think that Maniac is going to run away and go to the West End now that he found out that people hated him.
R) My reaction when the old man called Maniac a whitey is that I was shocked that he would say such a hurtful thing. The old man didn't know that Maniac checked his skin color to make sure that he was not white and also that Maniac didn't understand the white/black segregation.
