  • Structure a less “reactionary” way to address franchisee's deficiencies identified during training.
  • Offer a menu of refresher franchisee courses on a monthly basis- Competency based topics
  •  Incorporate field SME's into  onboarding and give them opportunities to redirect franchisees back to training refresher courses as needs are identified
