It makes trade easier because everyone accepts money as payment.&nbsp;</sup></p></li><li><p><sup>Real World Example-When you go to a grocery store and pay $20 for food, you are using money as a medium of exchange instead of trading another item (like clothes or tools) for it.</sup></p></li><li><p><sup>Pro-Makes trade faster and simpler compared to bartering, since you don’t need a “double coincidence of wants.”</sup></p></li><li><p><sup>Con-If the value of money decreases (like during inflation), it becomes less effective as a medium of exchange.</sup></p></li></ul>]]></description>
