Culture and climate needs to continuously be examined. A big part of creating spaces for healing and learning, is supporting and individualized coaching for educators. When families are involved in participating and partnering with creating those spaces for learning, research is clear, that children experience positive results. So this program brings those things together. This is particularly important during this time in history when teachers are asking for more support and collaboration than ever before.
