In my opinion it works best as face to face communication. It is quite challencing via net. You have to remember to visit it quite often. Otherwise there will be so many opinions and texts that it takes a lot of time to read the texts and write a reflection of your own. Or actually Yammer might be the platform in our case and C o P is the thing we are doing on the platform i.e. sharing our ideas on the object of our Project (Intercultural learning). Thinking together is what intercultural learning is all about, as I am trying to prove in the theory chapter. So, I think the most important thing is to be passionate about intercultural learning as the shared object of our passion, and find the time to study it and share ideas about it with each other. Technically, I think Pekka has right. Yammer is very challenging, especially if you have to read long theoretical texts there. On the other hand, with twitter like short texts, we can't share very deep thoughts. So, maybe something in between would work out. Secondly, the new practices that the other partners suggested; even the cases studies that some of us introduced. I also liked a lot the possibility to find other colleagues from my Institution. But mostly I loved the possibility that Yammer offered me (I could upload any file I wanted)! Part of the reason this gets lengthy and time consuming is I want to read the links to other information. By the time people have time to respond, the significant event has already been dealt with and probably reflected on as well as sought advice on. For me it is the significant events that are easier to remember to set aside time to reflect on in my daily practice. the smaller seemingly less insignificant events are ones that i tend to pass over, but I think that true reflection includes the smaller events. This is where I need to grow in reflection.

I think it would be great to put our normal ideas and practices here for people to improve and strengthen. 
I think this allows readers to respond when it suits them and if it is relevant. 

Perhaps a set time where people are normally online if available, then those who weren't can check out the discussion later.
