         <description><![CDATA[<div>Times Square is one of the most popular place in the world, like Piccadilly Cicrus in London or the Champs Elysées in Paris. Around 340 000 pedestrians pass trough Times Square on a typical day.<br>Times Square proper encompasses 42nd to 47th Streets, from Broadway to Seventh Avenue, but the neighborhood extends from around 40th to 53rd Streets, between Sixth and Eighth Avenues.<br>If you go to Times Square :<br>-You can see Broadway Theatres</div><div>-You can eat in McDonald’s, Applebee’s or Hard Rock Coffee</div><div>-You can go shopping in MAC Cosmetics, Forever 21, H&amp;M, Disney store and other departments stores</div><div>Times Square is very famous for the staggering and huge Billboards.<br>Then if you go to New York you need to go in Times Square.</div>]]></description>

It has the largest capacity of places of seat any Broadway. Its first name was Uris Theatre, but it has been recalled to pay tribute to George Gerswin, the famous  songwriter, in 1983. There was some famous representations like Porgy and Bess.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Empire State Building is a huge and modernistic skyscrapers, which is 1.454 feet high (including its antenna). It is located at the heart of Mitown Manhattan.  The monument is composed of more than 100 floors and at its 86th and 102nd floor, there is an observatory from where there is a breathtaking view. The skyline is wonderful. The experience is more than just a view. <br><br>The Empire State Building was designed by Sheve, Lamb and Harmon and completed in 1931. It was the world tallest building for nearly 40 years.<br>Every years, 4 millions people visit it. Te price of one ticket to see the awesome view is between 30 and 40 dollars. It's opened from 8 am to 2 am every day. <br>If you want to have an amazing view of New York City, you should go to the Empire State Building!!!</div>]]></description>
