You cant base the person behavior by just looking at what they are doing. I think you base someone behavior on what actions they do. You should be able to talk to the person and find out what they are actually doing. My group consist of dutch, asian, arab, hindu, and german. Which is known to be the most diverse group ever. I learnt that maik is really hardworking even though he interrupts people he gets to the point and helps anyone in need. Jonas who i thought just cares about games and videos. In reality he cares about the work that needs to be done. With emily she may look like she serious all the time but she is really nice and jolly. She really cares in the work she is putting in. Ghena is really nice as well she cares for the group and the work being done. And van is really strict but also really funny sometimes.
