An observed lesson does not go according to plan and her supervisor tells her she has not met the criteria to pass on this occasion. Anna is upset because she put a lot of thought and effort into her lesson. She feels there were elements of the lesson that were beyond her control- such as a problem with her digital content which led to her students becoming disengaged.
