I would use some of the money to hire a nurse and transport to take my Mother out to a few places before it's too late. A doctor's error has caused radical health issues. I would also donate to the Hebrew Day School that helped with tuition so that my child could get a wonderful Jewish education. I'd also pay off his college loans and donate generously to Oorah.
