The setting is around our time period.
-What does the setting look like, sound like, feel like? The setting looks like a modern town around our age, nothing is really different then our normal town scotch plains.

We later find out this is because of letters sent to him saying that they want to kill him. I wonder why they are doing this?
-At the end of the chapter "A Midnight Deal" the hardy boys get a call from an anonymous person saying that they were going to kill Zatta if they do not bring them the glass eye that the Hardy boys have. While reading this I was thinking, why might these men want this eye? My prediction is that maybe it may have something to do with Mr Lambert or with the Goggler gang.
- In the chapter "Doom ride" the Hardy Boys are startled when someone tampered with their brakes on their car! Why would the Goggler gang do this? Also why did the Goggler gang hold Zatta hostage instead of anyone else?

When she hasn't seen them in a long time after them being in a car crash, she then says "I heard you two got into a car crash". I thought this was weird when I read this because if my mom found out that happened, she would have seemed more worried. Unlike my mom, Mrs Hardy didn't seem very worried.
-In the chapter "A Midnight Deal" the Hardy Boys get into some series trouble and end up getting into a car crash over a glass eye that they have. The Hardy Boys are 16 years old. When I was reading this I was thinking, these kids are 16 years old and already driving a car to go to a gang member. I think that it is a little weird that the Hardy Boys are getting into this much drama at such a young age. Im turning 16 in three years, and I doubt that I am going to be in any type of drama like this. 
- In the chapter " Airport Vigil" the boys finally get the chance to open the glass eye that they have been wondering about this whole entire book. When I was reading this I though, why wouldn't they open the glass eye from the beginning of the book to have more information on how they can see what the use for it is. I think they might have done that because they might have thought that it had value in it so that they can trade it in for money. Thats why they wouldn't brake it open until now. I thought this was weird when I read this because if that happened to me, I would be really creeped out and scared. I probably would have thought
-In the chapter "Sinister Flower gift" the hardy boys were very confused on what was happening with the flower situation. If that was me, I would have been trying to find out who sent the flowers, and why he sent them. I would try to do that because I would want to know why he or she would have done such a weird thing to my family. I probably would have the hospital check the security cameras so I can see what the guy looks like.
-In the chapter "Sinister Flower gift" the hardy boys later then try to find out who sent the flowers to them. They leave the house and start looking for clues on who it could be. When I read this part of the chapter this made me think about what my parents would think if i went out by myself looking for clues in NY. My main characters are The Hardy Boys, I would describe them as your average 16 year old boys. One of them has brown hair and the other has black hair.
2. Some side characters that are in my book are the parents of the Hardy boys, Mr Izmir, and Zatta. They are important to the story because they help the Hardy boys sometimes with there questions and they help them with information about what they might be trying to figure out. like how Mr Izmir helped the boys with the glass eye incident. 
3. The problem/conflict that is in my book is that there is a glass eye that the Hardy Boys found, and after they found it people have been trying to go after them to get it back. The problem is that they are trying to find out, what the glass eye means, or why the people that are trying to get it want it so bad.
4. The main characters are trying to resolve the problem by asking a bunch of people questions about if they know about the glass eye. They are also looking for clues on why the people are trying to take it from them.
5. What I like about my book so far is how it is very mysterious. What I mean by it being very mysterious is that everything in the book is very intriguing because of how mysterious it is.
6. What I dont like about the book is that sometimes I dont know what is going on in the book. What i mean by this, is that sometimes I dont know what is happening in the book when I am reading it. For example, when they went to the deal in the chapter "A Midnight Deal" I was confused on what was going on.
