I will read at least 30 minutes every day before bed from a variety of different genres, including more difficult class novels like those by Dostoevsky and Kafka. I hope to finish at least 6 novels before the end of term.<br><br><strong>Wellbeing<br></strong>Lift weights more regularly in addition to Muay Thai. Try to increase 5RM Deadlift to 375lbs by June and 5RM squat to 300lbs. Run a 10km trail in under 50 minutes. Reduce sodium intake</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Read a wider variety of books. I also want to try and read non fiction and to balance my reading and practice time. I also want to be able to revise for maths and science regularly by spending some time during the night to reread notes. I would also like to revise writing techniques by writing regularly. I'd also practice writing and also improve my handwriting at the same time.<br><br><strong>Wellbeing</strong><br>Sleep at around 10 and practice and memorize patterns for taekwondo. I also revise taekwondo techniques by reviewing it after school when I get home. </div>]]></description>

To do this I will read a book or an article for 30 minutes and attempt past paper questions twice a month.  <strong><br>Wellbeing target </strong></div><div>I want to improve my back and my pelvis because they are out of alignment by hopefully at the end of term 2. To do this I will try to sit up as straight as possible and try to stay standing up for at least one and a half hours a day.  </div>]]></description>
