However, i did learn that it is sometimes good to have a manager because everyone needs guidance and authorities to be in place and someone to monitor that everyone is following through their responsibly.

If you are dreading going to work because of the people you work around or that the culture of the environment is all wrong it can be you have a poor manager/ leader.
