         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sometimes we get lucky one having a really good manager thats knows the ins an out of the company, have wonderful code of ethics and a great communicator, and then we have some managers that just makes up rules as they go.&nbsp;<br><br>However, i did learn that it is sometimes good to have a manager because everyone needs guidance and authorities to be in place and someone to monitor that everyone is following through their responsibly.<br><br>Whats your manager like?<br><br></div>]]></description>

If you are dreading going to work because of the people you work around or that the culture of the environment is all wrong it can be you have a poor manager/ leader. Work should be something you love doing and if you have a leader that incorporates ways to help you and make you grow, then you would want to come to work and excel. </div>]]></description>
