2.  When public officers of the city decided to provide a new late night bus service to commuters, they had to figure out the most used routes and (       ) to accommodate as many people as possible.
3. With the help of Big Data analytics, the public officer examined 5M records of late night taxi rides and 30B records of late night phone calls and discovered that taxi rides and text messages are suddenly increased at certain places and times.
4. Based on this information, they settled on several late night routes and schedules in order to provide bus services to as many people as possible.
5. This is how Seoul Owl Bus was born.
