Also understanding how to set a vision, improving and optimizing our mindsets. In relation to the VMGO of CTU (Cebu Technological University) my personal philosophy, Mission and Goals of CTU and COEd also the Course Learning Outcomes is, we as a student can get positive outcomes in studying our different courses because CTU offers great opportunities for  us to learn and achieve our mission, vision and goals. The school do it's very best to gives us satisfaction and can be known not just in our country but in the whole world by  its accomplishements and achievement on what they build.
