I currently live in the Calarcá neighborhood with alone.  
We live in an apartment that consists of 2 rooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.
 
In my daile routine I get up at 5:30 am, then I eat breakfast at 6: 00 am, after I get to work bymotorbike, later I have lunch at one in the afternoon. After I come home at six in the evening and I eat dinner at 6:30 pm, I after work I rest. after I go bed at nine at night, In the morning I study English two days a week, finally on weekends I exercise and then we go for a walk with the family.

The municipality of Ibagué is a beautiful place, Ibagué is a tourist town that highlights art and culture, in addition the main tourist place is the Combeima Canyon, primate cathedral, and the Manuel Murillo Toro Park Viewpoint among many more tourist sites that can be seen in our region.

In my town there are different typical foods such as the delicious tamales from Tolima, the cuchuco and the chicken stew. To prepare the chicken stew, the first thing is to Peel and chop the Onion and Garlic, place the Oil in a Pan, add the Garlic and the chopped Onion, cook for 5 minutes.

  In a large pot, place the chicken pieces, add the water or the poultry broth and cook for half an hour, that helps a lot since chicken meat is somewhat hard to cook.

  Increase the potatoes cut in four, the Green Plantains, peeled and cut in four as well.

  Add the Sautéed Onion, the Corn or the Yellow Mazorca, which is sweeter, cut into large pieces, like the Yuca. Season with salt and pepper, cook until chicken meat is tender.

  Turn off the heat, correct the seasoning, sprinkle with half of the chopped Cilantro, let rest for 5 minutes, serve with a Garnish of White Rice, Beans, Mixed Salad (Lettuce, Onion and Tomato), Chopped Cilantro, Lemon Wedges and a chilli that you like the most to give it flavor
