recently met someone & they asked me to meet up, i stated my personal boundaries before agreeing to meet up w them. most importantly, i didn't apologize for having these boundaries and communicated that it's ok if we didn't meet up. i can tell that it definitely took them by surprise but they were nice about it! i felt very safe and less stressed because i had stated my boundaries , I had a good time in the end <3

I met most of the ICAN staff online during the pandemic. Thank you all for being the most supportive team in the world and making life fun!

I recently met 2 friends, through an online game. We usually have voice chat. What makes me dare to go meet them in real life was because i asked them to join 1 of our ICAN digital workshop and they actually went there (so that they can help me to have more people for the class lol). It’s fun :)))))
