There are many beautiful places in Georgia. One of the most famous is
the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity in the center of the capital, Tbilisi (photo one). Among the most beautiful cities in G, a UNECSO world heritage site. This city is home to the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (photo two) and the Jvari Monastery (photo three). There are also many off-road places to visit, such as the Ski lift view from Mestia (photo four), and the Gveleti Waterfall, in Kazbegi (photo five). There is also a large array of palaces, such as the Blue Palace of Borjomi (photo six). Finally, there is one places that unites modern Georgia with the old Georgia. The Museum of Georgia sits in the center of Tbilisi (photo seven).

When you arrive in the Tbilisi airport, there are taxis and shuttles available to take you to your hotel. Hotels are relatively cheap, the average price for a hotel in the centre of Tbilisi per night is about 80 USD. taxi's and rental car's are cheap. Rental cars cost about 70 USD per day, and are available in about six different locations in Tbilisi. From Tbilisi, it is about 34 minutes to Mtskheta. From there, you can return to Tbilisi and take a flight to the Nalchik Aiport in Mestia, where you can spend the day, then return via train, and stop in Borjomi.

The majority of Georgian people are Orthodox Christians. There is a plethora of monasteries and churches, but the people of Georgia are very accepting, and there are plenty of mosks and synagogues.

The crime is rated at "medium" in Georgia. There were up to 60 bomb threats in 2015, and though there are still reports of violence against Westerners, they have decreased drastically in the bigger cities. There is a black market and human trafficking. Russian and Georgian mafia run the alleys of big cities, so beware of walking down small streets alone at night.
