      <description>Based in Lombard, Illinois, Anthony DeFeo served Aurora School District #131 in an administrative role between 2010 and 2015. In this position, he supported the principal with daily operations in an elementary school building, with specific responsibilities ranging from the evaluation of school and student data to leadership of the special education team. He provided similar assistance to the principal of Lyons School District #103 between 2015 and 2017. Anthony DeFeo subsequently spent nearly 4 years as an administrator at Oswego School District, where he provided the district with an innovative restorative justice program, an intensive class model, and improved English language learner support, among other achievements.

Anthony DeFeo earned his bachelor of arts in physical education and his teaching degree from Elmhurst College. He continued his education at Concordia University with a master of educational leadership program, which he completed in 2010 with a Type 75 endorsement. He later received a director of special education endorsement from Aurora University. Following his education, he joined the Illinois Principals Association.

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Widely regarded as America’s favorite pastime, baseball is a much lower-intensity sport than other predominantly American sports like football, ice hockey, and basketball. However, baseball matches last much longer and involve more repetitive motions. A typical nine-inning game usually takes more than three hours to complete. The long duration of the game combined with repetitive motions performed by the players can lead to various repetitive strain injuries.</div>]]></description>
