So, I follow a technique similar to https://www.seriouseats.com/seared-brussels-sprouts-with-lardons, but then I stir in a handful of goji berries and a handful of chopped pistachios, sautee for another minute or two to let the goji berries start to plump and then remove to a serving dish. The combination of salty, sweet, crunchy, and the charring from sauteeing the brussels sprouts is out of this world delicious.

My dad usually made oyster dressing at Thanksgiving, although we were solidly midwest (Indiana), so I'm not sure how or why he started the tradition but I always liked it. I think just the two of us like oyster dressing, so I ate a lot of it! My dad didn't use recipes when he cooked, so this is the closest I could find that would be similar: https://www.deepsouthdish.com/2020/11/classic-oyster-dressing.html
