My life has never been easy but it has always been full of lessons.

I come from a broken family. When I was younger, our home felt whole. But in senior high school, everything began to fall apart. My parents argued every day until they finally separated. That time left a deep wound in me. I was just trying to finish school, yet I was silently carrying pain I didn’t know how to express.

Dreams and Detours

I dreamed of becoming a nurse. But when I entered college, I couldn’t pursue it because of financial hardship. I had to enroll in a free university in another province and take a course I never chose.

Later, I transferred to MSU Gensan and took up BSED Mathematics. It was still not part of my plan but maybe it was part of Allah’s.

My Strength – My Family

My mother continues to work hard, but she couldn’t do it all alone. That’s when my grandparents stepped in, helping us financially, supporting us through what our father could no longer provide.

Right now, my sister is about to graduate from college alhamdulillah, she will march next week. Our family is also raising my little brother, who just entered Grade 7.

We’re all trying our best, holding each other even if life keeps testing us. 💚

My Deen, My Struggle

Wearing my hijab is part of my identity, but I still struggle with my Deen. I miss prayers. I have lazy days. I feel broken sometimes. But I still believe, I still try. I know Allah hasn’t abandoned me, even when I fall short.
