Red Cross Australia works with the Mongolian Red cross to implement education about disaster preparedness. 

This could save lives in Mongolia's capital city. This is important as the children learn to protect themselves in these situations.

They're taught to hide under tables when they hear the bell, to put a bag of books on their head and leave the room promptly, there are also manuals on the walls. 

First AID teams have also been trained by Red Cross in the possibility of emergency. Earthquake preparedness in Mongolia works towards less individuals injured or dead which promotes the effective functioning of the bodies organs, further improving physical health and wellbeing.
