She explained how to lead positively, ensuring that colleagues do not fear or resent you. I really enjoyed the session on reflective practice. our instructor also talked about the Continual Dynamic Circle: teaching, identifying concerns, reflecting, hypothesizing, experimenting, and concluding.

The highlight for me was the discussion on Critical Reflection. It’s reassuring to hear that making mistakes is a natural part of learning, even for professionals. This perspective motivates me to embrace mistakes as opportunities for growth.

It was the most informative session that I have attended. AI can facilitate learning, improve student engagement and offer feedback. Thanks for the instructor for such an amazing session and providing us many tools that will help me in teaching and I can integrate them into the classroom to support both students and teachers.
