Inuutqatigiitiarniq is important for everyone to follow, it means we are a good person, being understanding, and sharing, overall just being a nice person towards each other. It’s important for children at daycare to be nice to each other, that way everyone at the daycare are respecting each other, sharing with toys and listening to the teachers who work at the daycare. It is also important to be nice with colleagues, create a respectful environment for the children, being nice to other colleagues would benefit of being helped by colleagues as well as helping them back. -Jean

Respecting others is very important in daycare, and at home. Give children some energy of positive can give them respect give them something fun to do (like play with them, art with them, and read them a book)

B) your colleagues

Respecting others at work is very important, when someone’s has a bad day the whole team can make it better day with jokes and laughters. We can make everyone happy when their day isn’t the day to be “happy”

A) Inuuqatigiittiarniq Is very important with children at all daycare facilities. It is respecting others, relationships, and caring for people. It is taught that we are to respect others, and care for others. It is very important to know this starting at a young age and especially at daycare, the children learn that respecting and caring for others is very important, as they grow older. Having care and showing care towards one another is very important as well. It brings everyone happiness, joy and laughter through out the day, it can show and tell you have respect, and care. It shows positivity and welcoming.

B) Inuuqatigiittiarniq with colleagues, is very important it shows we care for them, respect them and their relationship.

It encourages us to work together for a common cause,

Your colleagues

Respecting others and caring for people, showing our kind words and actions is a very important roll for us so we can in return receive respect and care. Also learning the children how to share toys and caring for them so that they don’t break and tear apart. Have them take turns using a toy/book and let them know it is kind to share.
