The amount and individualized use of resources for students revealed the true desire of the School Counselors for students to succeed. School counselors instill motivation and hope within students in order for them to see a future they may have never seen someone accomplish before.

Through data collection, school counselors utilize informed practices when leading and promoting students' growth and development given their individualized circumstances.
