In a Facebook post from the Malolos City Information Office, Premier101 Healthcare Management CEO Philip Lim said the facility is the first of its kind in the city and the largest in the province. He noted that the center has 36 treatment stations, which can serve 100 patients daily and up to 2,800 treatments every month.

Mayor Christian Natividad assured the public that all treatments, including medicines, will be given at no cost. He also announced that every patient will receive one 25-kilo sack of rice monthly for the duration of their treatment.

The only requirement for patients to avail of the free service is PhilHealth membership.
