Most bacteria can be formed and found anywhere, but your hands have a higher chance, because they touch everything, and everything already has bacteria on it, even if you wash your hands, it will never be enough, because there is also bacteria in the air, which will immediately settle on your hands after getting them dry. Water can also carry bacteria so washing hands isn't even a fantastic solution.

I know that more bacteria can be found in these places because we know that because after our lab we can see that the places that were touched by people with dirty hands are most susceptible to this bacteria, and based off the condition of something such as a urinal handle, that doesn't get cleaned often, we see that it has much more bacteria compared to something like a brand new latex glove.

I think that bacteria is typically transmitted by touching things in the bathroom, because your hands have bacteria from your bodily fluids. They can go into your hands, and when you touch stuff it gets onto that too.
