She kills the enforcer Shuusei Kagari, when he finds out the true form of Syibl. When she taps into a game, she can make children kill enforcers and inspectors. Joshu Kasei wants Kamui and Makashima to join her and all the other brains in the Sybil system. After Kougami Shinya killed Makashima she went after him as well as the other people in his team like Ginoza, Akane, Yayoi and Shion.
