         <description><![CDATA[<div>Registered in England and Wales, Royal Dutch Shell plc is the parent company of The Shell Group. The Royal Dutch Shell Group was established in 1907 with the amalgamation of two competitive companies, which are Royal Dutch Petroleum Company founded in 1890 and Shell Transport and Trading Company founded in 1897 by the Samuel brothers. It operates as a dual-listed company whereby Royal Dutch Shell holds 60% of ownership and 40% for Shell Transport.</div><div> </div><div>Shell a multinational integrated energy and petrochemical companies. The Headquarters is located in The Hague, Netherlands. Royal Dutch Shell plc (“the Company”) has a single-tier Board of Directors chaired by a Non-executive Chairman, Charles O. Holliday while the executive management is led by the Chief Executive Officer, Ben van Beurden. According to Shell Annual Report 2016, there are 92,000 employees on average which 70% are men and 30% are women. Shell operates over 70 countries and Malaysia is part of it. Shell employs 6000 people in Malaysia.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

However, it does not only provide entertainment but measure the user's’ ‘resourcefulness’, ‘numerical reasoning’ and ‘risk-taking’. Several companies such as Swarovski, AXA Group, Caterpillar and even Shell have credited Knack for allowing them to further evaluate their candidates before employing them. According to The Washington Post, “Royal Dutch Shell’s innovation team uses Knack to find the best ideas of the hundreds proposed at the company.” Royal Dutch Shell has even gone on record to say that, “Without ever seeing the ideas, without meeting or interviewing the people who’d proposed them, without knowing their title or academic pedigree, Knack’s algorithm had identified the people whose ideas had panned out.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Assessed internships is another way of selection and recruitment by Shell Berhad. This internship focuses on allowing interns to get to know the employer to ensure loyal and capable future employees. Interns will be directly joined with mentors and supervisors where they’ll join a project team and work alongside Shell employees who are all professionals in their fields. These Shell employees will provide further context to interns on what it’s truly like to work as a full-time Shell employee. As it is an assessed internship after all, the intern will follow through a formal mid-term review with their mentor and supervisor followed by a final review where there would be a competency based interview and be told to prepare a final presentation according to the project that the intern has worked on. If luck is in one’s favour, an intern can be offered a full-time job at the company.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
