         <title>Stressor #1 Homework</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>A stressor in my life is homework. Just having homework is stressful. But it can also be eustress or good stress because it motivates me to get off of my phone and do something other than be on my phone. Although I'd rather not do homework I would still rate this stress a 6 because I don't like homework but it pushes me to get off my phone.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>A stressor in my life is my family. They are always constantly telling me to do things. But its mostly things that benefit me. Somethings that they might tell me are make sure you do your homework or fold your laundry. Sometimes it stressful because its like a bunch of things that I have to do that just pile up. But when I finish these things it feels a lot better. So I think this is eustress because they push me to get things done.&nbsp;I would rate this stress a 5 because it can be stressful at times but also beneficial</p>]]></description>
