         <description><![CDATA[<p>Can occur during physical activities, direct penetration of tissues can introduce the tetanus bacillus into bloodstream, these should be referred to a physician</p><ul><li><p>If wound is deep, or any issue arises seek medical attention.  Otherwise if it is not as serious it's important to firstly stop the bleeding, remove debris, use special ointment, and cover it with a bandage.  </p><p>Post care includes, washing your hands, applying a layer of antibiotic cream, and for the next few days re-apply the ointment to avoid infection of some sort.  </p></li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><br/></p><ul><li><p>skin is torn from the body, major bleeding</p></li><li><p>To reattach the torn tissue, avulsed tissue should be placed on moist gauze preferably saturated with saline solution</p><ul><li><p>immediate care: apply antibiotic ointment for affected area, and medicine, as well as a tetanus shot if needed</p></li><li><p>Keep area clean and dry, change the bandage once a day, or sooner if dirtied, after three days the bandage may be removed, except in the case of drainage.  </p></li></ul></li></ul>]]></description>
