         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>Ingredients</em></strong></div><div>• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour<br>• 1 1/3 cups sugar<br>• 3 teaspoons baking powder<br>• 1/2 teaspoon salt<br>• 1/2 cup shortening<br>• 1 cup milk<br>• 1 teaspoon vanilla<br>• 2&nbsp; eggs<br>Preheat oven to 220º .&nbsp; Line cupcake pans with paper liners. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.&nbsp; Add shortening, milk, and vanilla.&nbsp; Beat for 1 min.&nbsp; Add eggs to the mixture.&nbsp; Beat for 1 min.&nbsp; Scrape bowl.&nbsp; Beat on high speed for 1 min 30 seconds until well mixed. Spoon cupcake batter into paper liners until 1/2 to 2/3 full.Bake for 20 to 25 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 min then remove  to cool completely.Frost with your favorite frosting recipe or decorate as you desire.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>A CAKE<br></strong><strong><em>Ingredients:<br></em></strong>Eggs Large 4 (200g)<br>Granulated Sugar 1 ¾ cup (350g)</div><div>Whole Milk 1 cup (237ml)<br>Unsalted Butter 1 Stick (8 Tablespoons) (112g)<br>Vanilla Extract 1 Tablespoon (15ml)<br>All Purpose Flour 1 cup (125g)<br>Cake Flour 1 cup (120g)<br>Baking Powder 2 teaspoons (10g)<br>Salt ½ teaspoons (3g) <br><strong><em>Instructions.<br>1.</em></strong>Combine the eggs and sugar. The mixture reaches approximately (115°f)</div><div><strong><em> 2.</em></strong>The eggs will take about 5 - 7 minutes to reach the ribbon stage. </div><div><strong><em>3.</em></strong>In the meantime combine the milk and butter,  stove top and melt to just under a boil. Add the vanilla extract.<br><strong><em>4.</em></strong> By this time the eggs should be ready, dry ingredients 1and with a hand whisk add the hot milk-butter to that.<br><strong><em>5.</em></strong> Bake in preheated 350°f oven for about 35 minutes.<br>6.          <description><![CDATA[<div>200 g han <br>1 chives<br>1 theet of garlic<br>100 g flour<br>100 g butter or (100 ml of oil of olive virgin extra)<br>1l lecheperejil<br>Prep cover and fry flour<br>3 eggs milkshake<br>Bread grated<br>Oil of olive<br>Virgin extra<br>Cut the butter into cubes and put it to melt in a casserole. Finely chop the onion and garlic clove and add them to the casserole. Sauté for 5-6 minutes, add the chopped ham and sauté.</div><div><br></div><div>Add the flour and sauté well. Pour the milk little by little, without stirring. Cook the bechamel for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and spread the dough over a dish. Spread the surface with a little butter so it does not crust and let it cool.</div><div><br></div><div>When the dough is cold, cut and mold the croquettes. Add in egg and vanilla and combine. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa; add to butter mixture and mix on low setting. While the mixer is on low, pour in milk and coffee; combine. If the batter is too runny, add a small amount more of flour. Be careful not to overmix; turn off the mixer once the batter is smooth.</li><li>Use an ice cream scoop to fill a greased or lined cupcake pan. This recipe will make 12 cupcakes, so fill the tins accordingly. Bake for 15-18 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan and let cool on a baking rack.</li><li>While cupcakes are cooling, beat the butter in a mixing bowl (I used a hand mixer). Add in powdered sugar one cup at a time, beating each cup in until it resembles frosting. Add cream, vanilla, and salt, and then beat until the frosting is thick and creamy. I like to beat this for a couple minutes, as it whips air into the frosting and creates a nice volume. Frost your cupcakes as desired - I used a Wilton 1M decorating tip.</li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><em>PUFF PASTRY BRAID</em></strong><br><br>Ingredients:<br>1- Rectangular puff pastry<br>1- Egg<br>Parmesan<br>6- Slices of ham york<br>3- Sciles of meelting cheese<br><br>Elaboration:<br><br></div><div>First preheat the oven to 220º. </div><div>Then extend and fill the puff pastry forming three layers in the following way: </div><div>Three slices of ham, then on top, add three slices of cheese to melt and finally, three more of ham. </div><div>Then cut with knife the sides and cross forming a braid. </div><div>Frontal and final, bend inward, giving it shape. </div><div>Once braided, paint with beaten egg and sprinkle over Parmesan cheese. </div><div>Bake 15 minutes at 200º.                                    </div><div>And you're ready to cut and serve. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Roasted strawberry and cream pie<br></strong><br>Ingredients:<br><br></div><ul><li>435g store-bought sweet shortcrust pastry rolled to a thickness of 3mm</li><li>750g strawberries, halved if large</li><li>1 vanilla bean (split, seeds scraped) or 2-3 teaspoons of vanilla extract</li><li>2 tablespoons (tbs) of maple syrup</li><li>1 thyme sprig (plus extra to decorate)</li><li>500g mascarpone cheese</li><li>1½ cups thickened cream</li><li>1/3 cup icing sugar</li><li>1 teaspoon of vanilla bean paste</li></ul><div>Method<br><br></div><ul><li>Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a 22cm × 5cm-deep pie dish with the shortcrust pastry and trim away the excess. Prick holes in the pastry base to stop it from rising or use baking beads. Cook for 20 minutes or until golden. Leave to cool completely.</li><li>Toss together strawberries, vanilla extract, maple syrup and thyme on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and roast for 15 minutes or until soft. Cool to room temperature.</li><li>Whisk mascarpone, cream, icing sugar and vanilla bean paste in a bowl until thick.</li><li>Spread into the cooled pie crust and top with roasted strawberries and their syrup.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My cake of three milks cold&nbsp;<br><br></div><ol><li>Ingredients :</li></ol><ul><li>1 can of condensed milk&nbsp;</li><li>1 can of milk cram&nbsp;</li><li>1 cup of liquid milk&nbsp;</li><li>1 gelatin package without flavor</li><li>1 pack of milk crackers &nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;2. To prepare our cold three milk&nbsp; dessert we begin by dissolving the unflavord gelatin in a cup of culd water.</li><li>3. Boil the water with the dissolved gelatin and let cool. once cold, we will liquefy the mixture with the three milks, the condensed one, the cream of milk and the normal liquid milk. The cram of milk is also known by the name of cream in some countries of Europe.</li><li>4. When we have the biscuit base list, allthe content of the blender is added and it should be put in the refrigerator or refrigerator until the mixture settles. The process of our cold three milk dessert can take a day.</li><li>5. When you go to serve the cold cake, remenber that you can desorate with a bit of swiss meringue or chocolate ganache.</li></ul><div><br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>YOGURT<br>Ingredients:<br>-1/2 gallon whole milk<br>-1/2 cup of yogurt<br>-1 cup warmwd milk<br>PREPARATIEON<br>Pur 1/2 gallon of whole milk in a pan. Cook over medium-high, stir gently. Heat to 200ºF. Now remove from heat and cool it to115ºF. Put the 1/2 cup of yougurt (storegought or homemade), 1 cup of warmed milk and thin with whisk. Pour into warmed milk  pot and shir gently.  Cover and set in turned-off oven to 4 hours. After, the 4 houers, whisk until creamy and strain. Store in refrigerator. You can add jam on the botom, and cereals on the top.</div>]]></description>
