The nose is the most difficult part to draw as I don't know how to make it a good size. My favourite part is the eyes as I think I drew it nicely. I feel like it was weird trying to draw myself as I don’t usually do this.

I used coffee, pencil and pen to draw this. It is interesting to use coffee to draw as I have never done this before. I would not want to try this technique again as it is very sticky and I got coffee on my clothes.

I decided to use plants to add to my self portrait as it is something i enjoy drawing. It makes my portrait look interesting.

It was difficult to draw as I can’t see where I am drawing. In the end, I realised it does not look like what I thought would look like. I would like to do this again as it is something interesting.

Making this artwork felt new to me as it was quite fun to play around with different mediums and to combine them into a creative artwork.

I would love to try this again, but with different mediums so that we can mix and match and see many different varieties of mixed medium artworks.

I noticed that the drawing looked something like Picasso’s drawings, the nose, eyes and mouth were entirely different in shape, size and proportion.

I would like to try this activity again as it challenges us to visualise the drawing without actually looking at it.

i chose to add flowers and plants as i thought that it would suit this portrait.

it makes my portrait look more interesting and vibrant. the plants and flowers looks like the grew out of my head rather than planted on my head as i tried to make it look natural. without the plants and flowers, it would look like an ordinary drawing. the plants and flowers creates a unique feel to the drawing.

I did so as I wanted to see what it would look like when plants and flowers meet man-made shapes.
