While some urban schools have access to computers, the internet, and digital resources, rural schools often struggle with outdated equipment or none at all. </p><p>Teachers often face heavy workloads due to large class sizes, administrative tasks, and limited resources. This affects their well-being and ability to provide quality education.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In Tanzania we face the problem of many students in the classroom compared to the number of teachers available. The national ratio suggests 35:1(35 students to 1 teacher) but there are teachers that have even more than 50 students in their classes. </p><p>Also lack of technology and adequate internet connection. The availability of computers and other technological facilities to facilitate learning is limited or no at all to most of the schools in the country. In some schools where the technology is available they are constantly impacted by power shortage and lack of internet connectivity. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Like many other countries in the world, Turkey also faces problems in education. The world, the students' needs, technology, jobs are under continuos change. Our ministry of education tries hard to catch up all these changes but I think the biggest problem is the "change management" problem. They set up many changes but without preparing the change agents (teachers, studets, principals, families, assessment system). This results with a lot of smartboards in schools with not knowing how to use it. New teaching methods without knowing how to use it. etc.  </p>]]></description>
