Our general fee is 1.65% (GST inclusive) of the purchase price, plus a $6,972 advertising fee inclusive of GST. The marketing fee is a contribution to the above; any expense in excess of the $6,972 paid will be at the expense of Ausrealty. The marketing fee is to be paid upon invoice or you may wish to choose the pay later option, whereby you will enter into a contract with a third party company (Campaign Agent) for the payment of your marketing. Payment will be deducted upon settlement of the property. This option incurs a 6.9% fee, made up of a 5.9% service fee, plus a 1% interest charge.
