They prefer to live in packs of 9, in case of mammoth attacks and if one misses a killing. Most species live under stone bridges where they can attempt to grab victims. Under these bridges are what you might call a nest. This is made up of bones, shed skin, broken branches and crunched leaves. Deep in the ‘nest’, there are 9 chambers, one for each troll.

The troll’s behaviour varies, depending on the weather and its mood. It will become aggressive when bothered.

A troll’s diet is ABSOLUTELY unpredictable. Sometimes, it will scavenge on animal remains, while it will also eat betel leaves, thus its green colour. However, trolls living in forests such as the Ashinga Troll are pure vegetarian, meaning they don’t eat any animals or fish or mushrooms or eggs.

A simple way to defeat and bamboozle trolls is to ask too many questions at once. This will confuse the troll and make it faint.
