2.  She already has a strong medical background so she should have a good understanding of the concepts. She would be more educated and she might realise how serious her condition is. Since English is her second language, this might be difficult for her to understand. Since she hasn't been in Australia very long, she might not know where to go for face-to-face advice on her condition 

3.  The flyer could be provided in different languages. More aesthetic features could be added. 

As a health professional, we could be friendly and accomodating, checking that she understands the information and doesn't overthink the condition.

How would you describe PCC in your own words and describe a time you have witnessed it in practice?

Answer:
PCC to me is when the patient is consider on the same level as the health professional. They are also always considered first when achieving their health goal where their input is valued very highly. 
And I have witnessed it in my local chemist whereby I was the client and the pharmacist was the health professional. In this situation the pharmacist advised me to take a certain drug for my cold I get every year but I knew from experience that it hadn't worked as effectively for me previously. They still recommend that there was more evidence for another medication and less side effects however they understood that it was my own choice of what medication I took. The pharmacist then complied and explained about the medication I wanted.
