This Book was written by Rachel Renee Rusell. 
The characters was making sense and they mostly have good characters. 
The Title really fits the story because Nikki was one of the fairytale in the story and it make sense because fairytales mostly uses a sentence "Once Upon a Time" and the title is "Once Upon a Dork" and she is a dork for other people in her school.
The moral message from this story is that cooperation makes good luck. Nikki and her fairytale friends figured out how Nikki can go back home. Each person have different ideas to think about and they also shared the ideas and made a plan.
The conflict is that Nikki had nowhere to go home from the fairytale world.
