         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;I think everybody has stress because human can't be happy forever.Sometimes,everybody meets with unhappiness and stress.I also have a lot of stresses and depression.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; While I attended previously the class,I was very happy that I&nbsp; studied and played with my friends at school.At the week-end,my friends used to come my home and play with me.I didn't know how to lose my daily times.That times were my happiest times.School was closed and my friends didn't plays with me because of the first wave of covid.Since that time,I wasn't happy first.The military coup began on February 1,2021.The military council arrested good people and&nbsp; causes trouble to the people.Since that time,the social and&nbsp; economic situation of my country has deteriorated.I couldn't only play with my friends but also walk with my family as before.I used to get up previously early in the morning and walk with my family around the lake of Kangyi Pagoda. I feel not only unhappy but also stressed.When I get stressed,I used to listen my favourite songs especially Taylor Swift's songs.At that time,I also used to watch comedy movies and funny cartoons such as Mr.Bean,Charlie Chaplin,Tom&amp;Jerry,Larva and Masha and the bear.Sometimes,I play batminton with my mom and ride roller skate.Whenever I feel stressed,l try to calm down by meditating.I think it will calm my mind.These are ok for me.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;What do you do to be ok when you get stressed?Relieve stresses like I did.          <description><![CDATA[<div>   I think everyone has stress, including me. I get depressed when I can't do something. I have stress at my University's project presentation time. I got it in memorization but not in programming languages. So every time I do a project, I get depressed. I tried very hard but I did not succeed because I thought I could not do it. However, I got roll no 1 in class because I was good at memorizing. But as a computer student, I'm worried about the workplace. Initially, I graduated and went on to study for a master's degree, but due to national circumstances, I had to take a break from university. I went to this university without my hobby so I think it's not as successful as it should be.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; Right now, I have stress for work. And I also depress because of my poor English skills. I want to be able to speak English fluently with foreigners. English is also very important in the workplace. And if I reattend for Master degree one day, I think I will have less stress if I'm fluent in English.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; As before when I get stressed I used to listen korean and chinese songs and also watch drama series. Now I also make listening to music and watching movies, but I spend more time by&nbsp; learning languages that I enjoy.</div>]]></description>

Some young people are getting work related stress.&nbsp;<br>As for adult people like me, I also have a lot of stress. Since last year February, I have quit my job to oppose against a military coup. I've had various kinds of problems and stresses for the past year. I couldn't find a new job, either. I had a lot of anxiety, too.<br>I come up with an idea to solve that stresses. I have had hobbies which I couldn't do during work. So, I do all my hobbies to release stresses. I study new things, watch movies,&nbsp; draw pictures, listen to music, do exercise, play games.<br>By doing those things, I have considerably relieved my stress.<br>I hope everyone can get over their stressful situation.</div>]]></description>
