Wich humor theory has Borat been based on?

We would say it´s the relief theory, because he talks about almost every taboo there is to talk about. also he is not shy to talk about his opinions about these taboos and they are very old fashioned

Add 3 humorous devices. Give examples from the film

Black comedy is one of the devices we think that are being used in this movie. He´s talking about very serious taboos, like womens rights and gays. These are serious taboos, but yet we laugh at him.

Exaggeration
We think that the there is used a lot of exaggeration in the movie. for example when the to naked men fight, it is being exaggerated by them running out in the hall and into a room full of people.

Steroptype
A lot of people from America, perhaps have a very clear picture of how people from contry´s like Kazakhstan look and act. That´s why the Borat matches a stereotype, because he lives in the slums and carry´s a chicken when he travels.
