         <description><![CDATA[<div>The water cycle is when water evaporates into gas, and is then absorbed into clouds (made of evaporated water) and eventually released as a liquid.<br><br>Evaporation is when water reaches a high temperature, and changes to a gaseous form. The gas will enter clouds or create clouds.<br><br>The gas is rained back out as a liquid when enough is present in the cloud. Clouds may appear as black when enough water is present, as the light cannot fully reach the bottom of the cloud. The cloud is white when there is little water and more ice inside.</div>]]></description>
