1. Plan, Plan, Plan because planning things out makes things easier and prevents impulse buys leading to too much or too little of something.
2. Shopping when I'm not hungry is the hardest for me because we usually go to the store right in the middle between breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner.
3. A high price for food may not be as healthy sometimes because some brands try to advertise their foods and make it look good and pricey but lack in some levels of nutrition.
4. When you go to the store or a corner store because you're craving something. And then you end up buying a whole bunch of other stuff because "it looked good".

1. planning, becuse if you plan out what you are gonna do before you cook the the cooking experience will be much better. or if you need to buy ingredients and set everything up before you actually start then you wont be stressed and everything will come together and you will have a good time.
2. Buying foods in season is pretty difficult for me because i just buy whatever i see fit and i dont really think twice about it.
3. some places such as 7-11 and other stores take advantage of the fact that they are so convenient and they charge a little bit higher knowing that you will go that extra mile just so you can get yor foods quickly even though the food is low in both quality and nutrition.
4. chips and other quick snacks would be considered impulse snacks i believe since they are usually "spur of the moment" purchases.

1. I would most likely plan before shopping because I often find myself buying things that I see and don't need but interest me only at the time that I'm thinking about buying them.
2. The most difficult strategy to me is comparing prices because it's too time consuming and I like quality over lower prices.
3. High price doesn't necessarily mean good nutrition because there are many hidden ingredients that we may not know about and are bad for us, and some marketing are often misleading.
4.Impulse purchases include things that may seem appealing as you see them when you shop but you don't necessarily need them, such as chips when you shop on an empty stomach.

So it will be hard for me to use that method.
3) A high prices for food doesn't really mean it is a good nutrition because the food might be expensive of the season, also because some product might be sold a lot to the customer, and that might be the reason why it cost more, so that not always healthy.
4) Impulse purchase will be things that you don't really need at that time, but you still buy it because you see it and you are carving it at that moment. Also the things that they put on the eyes level, where people will see right when they walk into the store.

First, you need to plan your shopping. You would want to make a list of things you actually need. It would be better for you to save money so shop when you aren't hungry because you tend to buy more food when hungry, spending more money. Get basic foods to restock your food, and ingredients for recipes you would make on a daily.
