There was scientific evidence when a 4.091 billion years old meteorite from mars was discovered on earth and taken in for scanning. Using an electron microscope where scientists uncovered visible structures that some scientists interpreted as fossils of bacteria-like life forms. 
As of today the red planet “Mars” can not support human life, although NASA experts have announced that in due time we will absolutely find a life on the small planet of mars.
