Mala is known to to provide its consumers with the numbing and spicy affect it creates thus to its name “Ma” for numbness and “la” for the spiciness. It also tells us about what happens if we eat mala and what will happen to our tastebuds overtime.

2) Firstly, the writer pointed out that sichuan peppercorn is one of the ingredients in mala and it creates the numbing effect of the dish. Consuming the peppercorn helps to boost your immune system.
Secondly, eating the chilli in mala may help to boost ur metabolism and help you lose weight it is “very modest” u can lose about 1 kilogram over three to four months of eating chilli everyday.
Thirdly, despite having benefits mala contains a lot of oil. This doesn’t mean that you can’t eat mala at all you can eat mala healthier by removing the layer of oil at the top after cooking the dish.

3)This expands my knowledge of mala i didn’t know that mala had so many health benefits and can even help you lose weight. I can share this information with my loved ones and tell them that maybe being a mala lover is not such a bad thing.

4)If you can’t take spicy but love to eat mala just drink milk or some juice avoid drinking gassy drinks cause it will make it more spicy

This helps the admin staff who was given the office chores to relax a little and not stress themselves out with too many.

Third key idea, the ways to prevent such office chores to be given to the same admin staff multiple times. This would help the admin staff to not receive too many of them.

3) These points stand out to me because it helps the community to be able to work in their own time, relax a little and not stress out too much when doing office chores.

This article shows how electric has a huge positive impact on the environment as global warming is real and is getting dangerous and electric cars having to help with the problem as it reduces greenhouse gas emissions and one solution is by shifting renewable energy sources. But the path to that cleaner future is daunting, clogged with political and societal roadblocks, as well as scientific obstacles. Perhaps that’s one reason why the electric vehicle already on the road, already navigating many of these roadblocks swerved so dramatically into the climate solutions spotlight in 2021

2. Globally, EV sales surged in the first half of 2021, increasing by 160 percent compared with the previous year. Even in 2020 when most car sales were down due to the COVID-19 pandemic EV sales were up 46 percent relative to 2019. Meanwhile automakers of all sorts have been switching to or making electric vehicles, for examples car companies like Ford have been switching to electric like the famous mustang which have been switched to an electric suv and F-150 pickup truck

https://medium.com/@troysk/tiktok-and-the-globalisation-of-china-model-2c0229d88c0a

1. What is the title about?

The article that I had just read shows how the Globalisation of Tiktok has negative outweighing positive effects. The writer of this article stated that Tiktok is efficient in terms of its perks. From the 'no account needed ' to view the app's contents to the 'super easy skip' and overall having 'a good time'. However, these perks have the same effects as a cocaine addict. From its 'endless autoplaying videos' to its 'Ai' that tracks your phone to create the page filled with videos based on your liking to make you stay hooked to the app.

2. Key ideas brought up by the author
"TikTok’s vision is shallow and focussed only on increasing engagement" This statement was an eye-opener for me. Tiktok does not allow a user to explore out of their already known and comfortable space, it wants you to stay in a place where you are unable to learn something new. Explore to find new interests. Teach valuable lessons to impressionable kids since the age requirement is only, 12 years old. Based on my experience, Tiktok will also show you a video that is trending amongst who you follow and what country that you are most interested in in my case, it is, America. It will usually show me the current argument between two different Tiktok users and based on whichever video I liked first, it will only show videos that supports that side of the argument. This allowed me to be close-minded and be such a bad listener. Why? I am supporting one side without hearing out from both arguments, not a good lesson to be implementing in my daily life.

''TikTok grows and a number of copycats emerge'' What this statement is trying to say is Tiktok is a globally known trendsetter app. Based on my experience, when I spend a decent amount of time using Tiktok exposing myself to different people, it subconsciously made me pick up their habits. The way they talk, move and even dress had been picked up by me and many people around me. When I go on other social media platforms I noticed that in terms of fashion, many of my mutuals I have seen are wearing the same outfits. This supports the author's statement of the risings of, 'copycats'.

''TikTok shuts that human emotion of aspiration and forces us to submit to our addictions and watch what the master thinks is correct.'' This is trying to tell us that instead of allowing us to branch out, it wants us to stay in our shells. The 'master' refers to the AI that has been created by the owner of Tiktok. How this harms the current society is how much it is affecting us but having barely anybody noticing, an example can be given. Spending hours on Tiktok? Normalized. Although there is a positive outcome to this such as having awareness on hard-to-grasp topics such as sexual harassment and assault, politics, and even sexualities. However. spending so much time on an app does not allow you to learn real-life problems and situations. you only know how to live and express it online, but, when it comes to being in the real world many blank out. Tiktok wants you to stay by subliminally allowing us to get addicted to their short-lived videos. scientific research can support that.

3. Why do these points stand out?
These points stood out to me as it is a problem that the current society has yet to notice. Everything everything is normalized bad or good alike. a reading of this article will be beneficial from strangers to family, basically everyone.

4. What more I'd like to know about this topic?
I would like to know the most extreme case of a Tiktok addict

This article is about how Nearly a million vehicles ply Singapore’s roads today, releasing around 6.4 million tonnes of carbon dioxide (CO2)-equivalent each year, over a tenth of the city-state’s total emissions. Less than 0.5 per cent of these are electric vehicles (EVs) and Singapore aims to have driven all vehicles running on fossil fuels through an internal combustion engine (ICEs) off the road.

2.Given the 10-year certificates of entitlement, this means from 2030, all new cars will have to run on cleaner energy. By fitting the solar panels, we can make the diesel buses even more green and efficient."

This means that by adding solar panels to diesel buses not only can it be green and efficient, but it also means that the bus operator can save budget on fuel if buses run on natural power.

It stands out to me as I am a bus enthusiast myself. However, it doesn't affect just me as buses do breakdown sometimes. Having solar panel installed means that buses may have more problem.

Nothing.

https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/politics/six-views-on-identities-and-diversity

This article shows that even though Singapore is a multiracial country , some people feel that their identification has been taken away from them . The article stated that its difficult to tell people who are citizens here that Singaporean should be their “ first and foremost “ identity and that their other identity should always be second said Professor Chan . But most people agree that it is important for them to be able to figure out if they are fully committed to the country while remaining true aspects of the identity they feel most strongly about . The points that stood out to me is that it made me realise that multiple people feel that their main identity has been replaced by another identity that their not really comfortable with . One thing that i really want to know is that why are citizens identification are being taken away and replaced with another identification in order to fit in in the country .
