1. The digital divide is that recently, 94 million adults were unable to access the Internet on a mobile device, 60-70% of Indonesians are living in regions where there is low quality connection service.

2. Older and low-income Indonesians are at a large disadvantage statistically with their mobile access, senior citizens are 10 times less likely to have mobile internet than young adults and low-income families are three times less likely to have internet access than more rich families.

3. The infrastructure inequality in regions in Indonesia has seemed to be a large reason the digital divide exists in this country, affecting urban and rural areas terribly.

4. Some possible solutions to minimize the digital divide is to equip areas with better access to more relievable network services, having affordable access to devices, and overall improving the digital skills among Indonesia's population which will happen naturally with the other solutions to this digital divide already listed

1) The digital divide in Indonesia is a combination of lack of internet access and lack of access to computers in general.
2) The poorer citizens of Indonesia typically don't have a computer. In rural areas it's not seen as something that they need, but in urban centers the reason for not having a phone or internet is typically the cost.
3) Indonesia's geography makes it difficult to make an efficient internet network, and the vast income inequality in the nation still makes it hard for poorer citizens to afford luxuries like phones and internet.
4) Indonesia is still a developing nation. Its poverty rate was 19.1% in 2000. In 2020, it was 9.8%, one of the lowest in the world now. The digital divide is likely to heal over the next decades, as the nation's economy allows more and more people to own phones and pay for internet.

It is those who are less economically fortunate and those who are residing in higher elevated areas.

3. The digital divide is due to the fact that Pakistan is in a mountainous geographical location, so a lot of ISPs likely only setup fiber optic cables and cellphone towers in major cities or areas that have large population/foot-traffic year-round and neglect the lesser populated areas, particularly those higher in elevation, and this can due to the predicted lack of profits.

4. Possible solutions could be to open more centers that have enable access to technology for everyone, including the less-economically fortunate people and especially those who may be residing at a higher elevation.

1. The digital divide in Indonesia is mainly over internet access, which many millions of citizens still live without. Connections are not available or affordable for over 25% of the population and thousands of entire communities. Hardware access is another major issue, as many are unable to afford online devices, let alone a PC or laptop. There is also an overall lack of digital literacy, as technology is not well integrated in education and society, leading to a lack of international communication and online business activity.

2. Those with low income are the most severely affected and far less likely to have personal internet access. Citizens in remote and rural areas are similarly affected.

3. This is due to underdeveloped infrastructure and income inequality. Many areas are partially or completely uncovered by network companies and, even more commonly, people lack the disposable income to purchase devices and overall incentive to go online.

4. The digital divide can be best addressed by improving physical internet access throughout the country. Although it is partially a result of wider economic issues, extending the industry to provide more affordable devices and connections in Indonesia can have a great impact and accelerate the process of internet adoption.

1. The digital divide that exists in El Salvador is an issue of not everyone having access to the internet as it is expensive.
2. The group of people mostly affected by the digital divide are those that live in rural areas and low-income families. Indigenous people are the most affected by the divide as they may face language barriers, and or discrimination.
3. The divide exists because of economic factors as not everyone an afford the luxury of the internet in El Salvador. El Salvador has one of the highest levels of income inequality, making it difficult to obtain internet access for some.
4. A possible solution would be to make the internet more affordable by the government working with companies to provide low income families internet connection. Another possible solution could be to build more infrastructure like towers so that internet gets expanded into areas that do not get the same access to things as other areas do.
