I find the assessment to be incredibly daunting. If it were mostly focused on the application of PCG techniques I would be fine with it, but there are many elements that complicate matters:

We can't use Houdini outside of labs

Houdini is new to everyone

Unreal Engine is new to everyone

We have to produce a video

We have to prepare for a Viva, a new style unfamiliar to everyone

We're judged on scene composition (this doesn't seem relevant to PCG)

The topic is too vague. I would prefer a list of items I should be creating instead of a general concept to represent as part of my scene.

Referencing on top of all of the above just seems excessive

Our familiarity of PCG techniques is only reflected in 30-50% of the grade. The rest is presentation

The CRG is very subjective and vague in some areas (for example, what does "Development was clear" and "Scene was well delineated" mean?). We can't be confident in the grade we receive. I would prefer grading to be more objective, like grading on application of specific techniques.
