As we all know, Covid-19 has caused people distance themselves with other and avoid contact. So when I went online last year and wasn’t able to see my friends, I was feeling really lonely. From using my phone as an alarm to wake me up in the morning, to checking the time before I sleep at night, it is pretty incorporated in my life. Through out the day, I use technology for things like homework, searching things, checking time, checking emails, checking the weather and messaging/calling people. Contacting my family is very necessary for things like telling them about emergencies when I am not there and being able to tell them where I am. I also use it for telling them when to pick me up from school and stuff like that. As you can see from the video I linked, Youtube has a lot of videos that people post for other people to use inspiration for. I personally love watching room tour videos on Youtube and get inspiration to change up my room. Another app that I have called Pinterest is based of people posting things about their clothes, room, etc and you can pin them to use for inspiration. Many school classes recently have been using platforms like Google Classroom and Brightspace to post the school work and for students to hand in their assignments through there.  And if the class doesnt use stuff like that, I can still use technology to help learn and research. As I mentioned in a previous padlet, fashion is apart of me. So shopping has to be apart if my life. When malls had to close down due to the pandemic, it broke my heart. However, I started to online shop. Although I did online shopping before the pandemic, it wasnt near as much as how much I do now.
