personal interest or gain should not bias a report or testimony. Never claim results &/ or accomplishments not your own. Limit testimony to conclusions drawn from examinations and analysis. Avoid misleading or ambiguous language. 
Professional Courtesy- 
re-examining evidence is permissible. Resolve issues before cases goes to trial.
