Don't state conclusion and opinions beyond the area(s) of a personal expertise . Gove proper weight and certainty to opinions and conclusion.&nbsp;<br>Reporting-&nbsp;<br>personal interest or gain should not bias a report or testimony. Never claim results &amp;/ or accomplishments not your own. Limit testimony to conclusions drawn from examinations and analysis. Avoid misleading or ambiguous language.&nbsp;<br>Professional Courtesy-&nbsp;<br>re-examining evidence is permissible. Resolve issues before cases goes to trial. Advising attorneys about testimony of another FS is permissible if in good faith , and to prevent incompetent testimony. </div>]]></description>
