3. What were some challenges you faced?
  Once they picked the item out of the bag, they got distracted by the item on hand and did not give their fullest attention to the others.

4. What would you have done differently?
 Once the children are done sharing, they will put the item in front labelled with the child’s name instead of holding onto it throughout the activity

As this is the 1st attempt, I played the song Toys so when the song stopped, the person holding the box must also stop. This allowed the children to listen better  however some children held on to the box longer than required because they wanted the song to stop while they’re holding it.

Children needed reminders during this activity such as the do’s and don’ts so will have to go through with the children during class meeting or transition times.

孩子们非常喜欢这个活动，积极的参与到活动中来。遇到的挑战，孩子的词汇量有些匮乏，在说蚱蜢的时候，智涵想说蚱蜢可以用后腿跳的非常高，可是只能用英文表达。

再做一次这个活动我会先提升孩子们的词汇量，拓展他们的生活经验。

I will place items that are related to their primary school such as pencil, eraser, pencil case and books. Children will then guess what the items are.

2. How did the children respond?
The children were excited to play as they were looking forward and some were even worried what is inside the box. As they felt the item, they were able to guess the shape of the items. 

3. What were some challenges you faced?
 They were too eager to see the item that they took it out even before guessing the shape.

4. What would you have done differently?
 I would add in more things like ruler, and maybe even school uniform.

  2) I would like to use the 5 senses questioning technique especially their sense of touch and smell.

2. The children were excited about having to put their hand into a mystery bag.

3. What were some challenges you faced?
  The children were told to close their eyes but some tried still tried to peep into the bag. The different leaves such as Pandan, laksa leaves, curry leaves , rosemary,mint and basil leaves were all into the bag. One issues  faced was that the leaves wilted quite quickly and when they picked them from the bag, some of the softer leaves were not in their original form. The stronger smelling leaves overpowered the leaves that were  more subtle in smell. So it made it a bit challenging for children to distinguish the smell.

4. Perhaps I could  use lesser leaves at one time so that it is easier to distinguish the smell. I could also have separate bags/ boxes so that the leaves are able to retain their original form.
