         <description><![CDATA[<div>We continued with their learning about flowers and placed items related to flowers inside the box. These provided different texture for the children to feel excited about. They were also curious about what’s inside the box.&nbsp;<br><br>During the activity, I asked questions that reflected what they have learned and how they can change the ways of using the product eg soap can also be used to wash hands, not just body while sunflower seeds can also be eaten as snack or breakfast.</div><div><br></div><div>As this is the 1st attempt, I played the song Toys so when the song stopped, the person holding the box must also stop. This allowed the children to listen better&nbsp; however some children held on to the box longer than required because they wanted the song to stop while they’re holding it.</div><div><br></div><div>Children needed reminders during this activity such as the do’s and don’ts so will have to go through with the children during class meeting or transition times.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

The children were tasked to pass the bag from one child to another and when the music stops, the child will have to stop passing and pick an item out from the bag.&nbsp;<br><br>I used "Understanding" questioning technique to facilitate the children's mystery pass.<br><br>1. Where do you think you can use this item in a primary school?<br>2. What do you think is the purpose of this item?<br>3. Why do we need this item in the primary school?<br><br>9th June 2023<br>1. The children were very excited and were all very curious about what were the items in the bag.<br><br>2. The challenge I faced was that the children took a long time to take an item out as the children already began to touch and feel the item and guess it before taking the item out.&nbsp;<br><br>3. I would have provided a count down for the children as they reach their hands in so instead of touching and feeling for the items, they would take one item out swiftly.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Post 1: 27 May </strong><br>我们在设计神秘盒活动的时候，采用了唱儿歌传盒子的方法，儿歌一停，盒子停在谁的手里，谁需要摸出盒子里的昆虫并描述，描述过后，小朋友们需要提问，老师进行补充。</div><div><br></div><div>我使用了五感官提问技巧。</div><div><br></div><div>这是什么昆虫？摸起来怎么样？看起来怎么样？它会发出什么声音？<br><br><strong>Post 2: 10 June 2023</strong></div><div>孩子们非常喜欢这个活动，积极的参与到活动中来。遇到的挑战，孩子的词汇量有些匮乏，在说蚱蜢的时候，智涵想说蚱蜢可以用后腿跳的非常高，可是只能用英文表达。</div><div>再做一次这个活动我会先提升孩子们的词汇量，拓展他们的生活经验。<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1）在进行活动时，首先介绍了神秘盒的玩法，幼儿们都很积极得想参与游戏。当开始时，摸东西的幼儿不知道自己摸得是什么？开始，他刚拿出来，还没有提问，有的幼儿就说出是什么了。慢慢得他们基本掌握玩法。<br>2）我使用五感的提问方式？<br>-你看到了什么颜色？<br>-你摸到的表皮是什么感觉？<br>-你闻到什么气味？<br>-这个水果吃起来什么味道？<br>3）挑战是幼儿很容易告诉摸得人的答案。幼儿们有时候摸到后，再放进去，后面的幼儿就知道里面是什么了，没有更多的神秘感。<br>4）如果再来，我可能会把里面的物品的数量和孩子的数量一样，这样孩子摸出来后、就拿出来这个物品，以免幼儿们都知道里面有什么了。</div>]]></description>

The children were excited about having to put their hand into a mystery bag.</div><div><br></div><div>3. What were some challenges you faced?<br>&nbsp; The children were told to close their eyes but some tried still tried to peep into the bag. The different leaves such as Pandan, laksa leaves, curry leaves , rosemary,mint and basil leaves were all into the bag. One issues&nbsp; faced was that the leaves wilted quite quickly and when they picked them from the bag, some of the softer leaves were not in their original form. The stronger smelling leaves overpowered the leaves that were&nbsp; more subtle in smell. So it made it a bit challenging for children to distinguish the smell.<br><br>4. Perhaps I could&nbsp; use lesser leaves at one time so that it is easier to distinguish the smell. I could also have separate bags/ boxes so that the leaves are able to retain their original form.<br><br><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1、我用幼儿从没有接触的昆虫模型玩具，放在神秘盒子里，上面用布盖着。老师以《郊游》的歌曲改编成《传传传》，唱到"传到你手里！”手拿盒子的幼儿摸出一个，然后盖在布下看是什么，其他幼儿轮流提问问题，但不能直接问：是蚂蚁吗？直到圆圈中的朋友猜出昆虫名称。&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br>2、我使用了布鲁姆提问技巧。<br>3、*你要怎样提出问题帮助你猜到是什么昆虫？<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; * 你为什么会猜测是蚂蚁？<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; *&nbsp; 你还想怎样玩这个游戏？<br>10 Jun 2023<br>2、幼儿一开始花了几分钟时间把《郊游》熟练地唱成《传传传》的版本，就已经很开心。当一个幼儿好奇地偷看拿到的物品时，其他幼儿有的立刻蒙眼睛，有的转身不看，有的已经举手开始提问：它是是什么颜色？会飞吗？它有没有翅膀？它会咬人吗？它多大？拿着神秘盒子的小朋友一直回答不同朋友的提问。<br>3、我的挑战是幼儿越玩越兴奋，一直急着提问问题，玩到不想停下来。<br>4、再玩一次，我会换游戏玩法，让拿到物品的幼儿用语言进行描述或动作表演，让其他幼儿根据他的描述来猜测昆虫名称。</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. 让幼儿围成一个圆圈，拿出神秘盒子，大家都很好奇、兴奋，一直问老师，盒子里有什么？跟小朋友们介绍神秘盒子的玩法-带领幼儿唱“神秘盒子传下去”的歌，讲解游戏规则，开始玩游戏。<br>2. 用五官法提问<br>- 你摸到的东西是什么感觉？<br>- 它是什么形状？<br>- 它是什么味道的？<br>-它有声音吗？<br>3. 小朋友玩游戏的时候，拿到神秘盒子的小朋友就要蒙着眼睛，他可以选择提问或回答问题。<br>4. 挑战<br>第一次的接触，大家玩得很开心，但因为盒子里的物品有限，持续的时间不长，很快大家就觉得没什么新鲜感了。<br>有些小朋友不会提问或回答，或者不懂物品的名称，因此就会停滞不前。</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>在这次活动中，当老师出示神秘盒时，他们对盒子充满了好奇，注意力很快被吸引，不停地问老师盒子里面是什么，还有的幼儿想偷看里面的东西。在进行活动时，幼儿能遵守规则一边唱神秘盒子传下去的歌，一边将盒子传给下一个人，被传到的幼儿，很期待地摸盒子里的东西。书悦摸出了苹果。<br>教学技巧：用问题罐引导幼儿提问<br>幼儿提出的问题:<br>1.苹果闻起来是什么味道的？<br>2.苹果吃起来是什么味道的？<br>3.苹果摸起来是什么感觉？<br>4.你在哪里吃过苹果？<br>5.为什么苹果上面有细细长长的东西？<br>6.苹果是苹果花的宝宝吗？<br>7.为什么它是绿色的，不是红色的？<br><br>幼儿围绕着苹果，通过这些问题展开了讨论，激发幼儿的观察思考的能力。<br><br>面临的挑战:有些水果幼儿不是很熟悉，不会用华文表达，也有的幼儿不知道该怎样描述摸到的食物，需要老师的引导，才能简单回答。<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Post 1: 27th May 2023 </strong><br><br>1. The children were introduced to items that they will need or come across with in primary school. They were tasked to use descriptive words to describe the items that they randomly chose with their eyes closed. To help the lower ability children, they were were given prompts such as "What is the texture?", "What is the shape?". <br><br>2. Bloom's Taxonomy (Understanding) <br><br>3. - What is the shape of the item?<br>- What is the texture of the item? <br>- When do you think you will use these items?<br>- Why do you think you will use the item in primary?<br><br><strong>Post 2: 10th June 2023</strong><br>2. The children were excited to guess the item that their peers' were describing. They were very engaged in the activity as they want to be person who describes the mysterious item. Some responses "I think we will read story book during silent reading like we do in class before assembly. (Rais)"<br><br>3. The challenge I faced were children took a long time to describing and some guessed the items instead. They require more exposure to such activity for them to grasp the idea of describing the items using descriptive words.&nbsp;<br><br>4. I would set a timer for each child so that they are aware of the time limit given. this is to avoid long waiting time for the rest. Alternatively, I can prepare a couple of mystery bags/boxes for the children to engage in the activity simultaneously. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>幼儿围成圆圈，老师讲解了游戏的玩法和规则，选用幼儿喜欢熟悉的歌曲《郊游》的曲调，换上了游戏的歌词，幼儿唱3，4遍后就能唱了，幼儿一边唱歌一边传神秘箱，唱到传到你手里时，拿到箱子的小朋友闭上眼睛或把头转到一边，从箱子里拿出－种昆虫。然后向朋友介绍这种昆虫。<br>我采用的是幼儿自己先介绍，然后朋友提问，老师间中提问引导扩展。幼儿有问蝴蝶的翅膀为什么很大？它有几条腿？蜜蜂为什么是黄色的？蚂蚁喜欢吃什么？等，老师问蜜蜂是益虫还是害虫？为什么？我们可以和蜜蜂一起玩吗？为什么？蚂蚁的头上有什么？你觉得它是作什么用的？等幼儿能回答＂因为蝴蝶的翅膀很大，它才可以飞。＂＂它有六条腿。＂我们不可以和蜜蜂玩，因为它的肚子后面有尖尖的剌，会刺你，很痛很痛的。＂等<br>幼儿在玩得时候越玩越兴奋，前两个幼儿介绍的时候只有2，3句话，随着幼儿和老师提问，后面的孩子在介绍时会说得比较。<br>如果下次再进行这个活动，我可能会采取让拿物品的幼儿不要出示物品，只说出它是属于哪一类的，其它幼儿从各个方面去问，从而猜出这个物品。<br><br></div>]]></description>
